A sales automation platform for small agencies that researches prospects, drafts grounded outreach, and keeps a human in the loop before anything is sent.
Foundry is an experiment in making outbound sales automation more reliable. Instead of letting an AI freely invent personalization, the system researches a prospect's actual site and requires generated claims to trace back to real source material.
The problem
Personalized outreach takes time, but letting AI invent details about a prospect creates an even bigger problem. Foundry is built around making automation useful without giving up verification.
What I’m building
I’m building the product end-to-end: the grounding/verification layer, multi-tenant application, campaign workflow, scheduling, billing, and deployment.
Engineering detail
- One of the harder parts is deciding when an AI-generated claim is actually supported by a source quote. It has to be strict enough to reject made-up claims, but not so strict that legitimate matches get thrown away.
